The Chief Prosecutor is to head the ultimate Court. Media: It wasn't even for Stalin

Igor Krasnow, the lawyer General of Russia, became the sole candidate for president of the ultimate Court. Independent Russian-speaking media point out that even in Stalinist times there was no case for the country's chief prosecutor to become the chief judge.
