Gladius is 1 of the newest acquisitions of the Polish Army. The search and impact strategy manufactured by the Polish company WB Group consists of, among others, unmanned aircraft, launch vehicles, command vehicles or ammunition trucks. His heart is 2 drones. Upon returning FT5, a combat BSP-U drone is launched into the air. This plane is equipped with an electrical motor, a propeller and a five-kilogram head – a cumulative or shrapnel-storming. It can overcome a distance of 100 km and effectively hit an armored vehicle or group of soldiers.
In 2022 the Ministry of Defence signed a contract worth PLN 2 billion for the transportation of 4 Gladius battery modules. She was the first strategy to complete the 18th Artillery Brigade. This happened in late 2024. Its elements gradually scope 3 another units.
