Girkin: FSB negotiated with Prigozhyn. Wagner Group Leaders' Council already in Belarus

Igor Girkin, a.k.a. Strielkov, a Donbaski war criminal and erstwhile head of the quasi-minister of defence of the alleged Donetsk People's Republic, stated that only the national safety Service took action during the march on Moscow. The FSB was expected to negociate to halt the march.
