Giant penalties for companies that will break the planned rules

The draft amendment to the Act on the National Cybersecurity strategy provides for advanced penalties for companies that break the law and pose a serious safety threat - said Deputy Prime Minister and the head of the Digital Ministry Krzysztof Gawkowski. Sanctions in the most hard cases can scope up to PLN 100 million. However, the politician stated that "the state will not unduly punish" entrepreneurs.
