Gigantic support for Ukraine. The EU wants to safe two-thirds of its finances

The European Commission has proposed that EU further support to Ukraine be financed utilizing frozen Russian assets or debt incurred by the European Union. These funds would cover two-thirds of Ukraine's needs for the next 2 years.
