
After consideration Complaints Polish Court of the European Union ruled on Wednesday that reduction of around €320 million of penalties by the European Commission in the absence of suspension of the Disciplinary Chamber of the ultimate Court was lawful. Poland may appeal this ruling within 2 months and 10 days from the date of notification of that decision.

– Although this is the sole work of the Law and Justice, we will appeal this decision, due to the fact that we want to usage all legal option to get the money back for Poland – he announced on Wednesday Minister for EU Affairs Adam Szpiecka.

Minister declared that Government will search specified legal solutions, which will increase the likelihood of effective cancellation, but is aware that "the situation will be very difficult".
