At the end of the first 4th of this year, almost 300 1000 people and companies had over PLN 1.4 billion in debt to the telecom sector - according to large InfoMonitor data. The biggest backlog was the inhabitants of Warsaw, and Kraków, Poznań and Łódź are besides in the lead. What makes so many people and companies behind on payments to telecoms?
