During the press conference, Roman Giertych reported that he had applied to the ultimate Court present for access to papers related to the fresh presidential election. The KO MP went to the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs for this purpose, but did not get approval from the Chamber itself, nor from the First president of the ultimate Court of Margaret Manowska.

– This morning I went to the ultimate Court due to the fact that the whistleblowers informed me yesterday that the protocols that came from the regional courts, the protocols for the conversion of votes in the regional electoral commissions, showed in all cases that we are dealing with election forgerys," Roman Gierty said.

According to his report, the Extraordinary Control Chamber did not make these papers available to him, and the case was referred to the first president of the SN. According to Gierty, the patron was to hear from Manowska that the papers would not be received, "because not."

Roman Gierty on falsifications in elections

– I so presume that the informants were telling the fact and that we were dealing with proving election falsities in those cases requested by the judges – he continued.

Roman Giertych besides recalled that the State Election Commission considered itself inappropriate to decide who won the presidential election. As he said, PKW stated that the final decision should belong to the "real chamber of the SN", which is recognized by both global law and the Constitution of the Republic of Poland.

According to Gierty, this chamber was called "to cover the PiS election forgerys. It was Jarosław Kaczyński's idea."

Let us remind you that Monday, June 16, was the last day to hold electoral protests after the last presidential election. We don't know how many protests have taken place. Of those that were someway registered, whether in the post office or in the SN Chamber, we know about just over 3 1000 protests," said Aleksander Stępkowski, the spokesperson for the ultimate Court.

Let us add that on 12 June – by a resolution of 11 June – the ultimate Court has already allowed the examination of ballot cards from respective committees to find the number of validly cast votes for individual candidates for the office of President.

The screenings are to cover cards from the Circuit Election Commissions: No. 95 in Krakow, No. 3 in Olesno, No. 13 in Minsk Mazowiecki, No. 9 in Strzelce Opolskie, No. 25 in Grudziądz, No. 17 in Gdańsk, No. 30 and 61 in Bielsko-Biala, No. 10 in Tarnów, No. 53 in Katowice, No. 35 in Tychy, No. 6 in Kamienna Góra and No. 4 in Brzeście Kujawski.

The ultimate Court has decided that a review of the cards will be carried out through judicial assistance by the competent regional courts.
