Gibraltar and Monte Cassino – 2 symbols of the memory of Polish soldiers

There are many places in Europe and in the planet that show Poles' contribution to the fight “for our freedom and for your freedom”. We can be peculiarly arrogant of 2 of them, due to the beauty of the places in which they are located and their care. The first 1 is undoubtedly a Polish military cemetery, located on Monte Cassino hill next to the celebrated Benedictine Abbey. The second is simply a monument to General Władysław Sikorski, built in the southernmost part of Gibraltar.
