Gerontocracy. The Tragedy of the US Election [Opinion]

This is crucial due to the fact that the positions represented by Trump and Biden are radically different from each other, mainly on the subject of abroad policy. To this must be added the tremendous divisions in American society, which are inactive heated by the culture war, the interior crisis caused by migration and the very large problems associated with the large-scale smuggling of drugs (fentanyl). The US, while inactive the planet hegemon, is besides experiencing its biggest crisis in years. Therefore, the next elections will not avoid problems, protests and demonstrations, regardless of the outcome. This is simply a disastrous vision, but to a large degree the United States itself is simply a victim of its own abroad and home policies.
