Germany safety guarantor: will there be an announced return? [COMMENT]

A text by Chancellor Olaf Scholz, published in abroad Affairs, suggests that Germany has undertaken any reflection on the planet changing as a consequence of the war in Ukraine, and besides for the first time talk openly about wanting to be the guarantor of security.
