Germany's Constitutional Court was long regarded as an institution without judges compromised during the 3rd Reich. A late published monograph corrects this image of the CT as a court without blemish. The German paper Sueddeutsche Zeitung posted a discussion of the book, "Transformation through Law. The national Constitutional Court and the Past" by historians Frieder Guenther and Eva Balz.
