Germany publishes national safety strategy. Russia is simply a threat, China needs to be talked to

Germany's government wants to respond to the challenges of a fragile planet order and increasing threats, with an “integrated safety policy.” Over the past year and a half, Germany's safety environment has changed significantly, said Chancellor Olaf Scholz in Berlin on Wednesday during the presentation of a paper on national safety strategy. Although Germany has had policy papers on safety in the past, it has never had a dedicated comprehensive strategy.
