Germany is blocking Brazilian transporters. Ammunition for Ukraine in the background

The German media reported that the BAFA export office (Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle) blocked the sale of Brazilian Guarani 6x6 armored personnel carriers to the Philippines. We are talking about 28 vehicles ordered in 2020 by the Philippines. Germany has a veta right in this respect due to the fact that any of the components in these carts come from that country.
