Germany has banned ports from accepting LNG shipments from Russia

The German Economy Ministry has banned ports from accepting ships carrying Russian liquefied natural gas (LNG); the ban is in effect until further notice, the Financial Times reported on Thursday, citing a letter from the ministry to state-owned company Deutsche Energy Terminal (DET).
