Germany: Bundeswehr's modernising revolution stands still

Almost nothing of the additional €100bn peculiar fund announced by Chancellor Olaf Scholz in February has been spent so far due to bureaucratic obstacles, the Financial Times reported a fewer days ago. At the same time, the basic defence budget is not being increased.
