Germany: billion-dollar deal will give more ammunition

Rheinmetall AG said on its website that it had signed an agreement with MaxamCorp. Holding S.L. of Madrid to get the full share capital of Expal Systems S.A of Madrid, a well-known munitions manufacturer.
