The Heads of Government of large Britain and Germany signed the Kensington Treaty on Defence and Migration Policy on Thursday. Prime Minister Keir Starmer described the paper as "historic", and Chancellor Friedrich Merz was amazed that it was the first agreement between countries since the end of planet War II.
