Germany: divided in strategy towards China

The German government has published its first strategy on cooperation and dealing with China. The paper points to the divided of Berlin, as it wants to keep economical contacts but notes the threat posed by Beijing. The strategy, however, is groundbreaking in this respect, that it organises in depth relations between countries.
