W Germany has a fresh government. CDU/CSU and SPD parties signed a coalition agreement. Friedrich Merz of the CDU is to become Chancellor. The coalition announces investments of EUR 500 billion and changes in defence funding. The fresh office can be sworn in on May 7th.
