German submarines better than Russian

German holding TKMs has signed a cooperation agreement with the Indian state-owned shipbuilding concern MDSL in the construction of diesel-electric submarines, in case the German bid won the task 75I tender that has been moving for years. This could mean India yet giving up on acquiring more Russian submarines, switching only to Western designs.
