German divisions not ready to defend NATO

In consequence to Russia's aggression into Ukraine, Berlin promised to deploy a full equipped division of ground troops to NATO forces as early as 2025. According to papers released by the press, Germany will not be able to fulfil this commitment, and more are besides at risk.
