Minister of defence of Germany: If Putin attacks, we must be able to wage war

Germany must spend more money to fill the gaps they have in defense. "The message I want to convey very clearly: if Putin attacks, we must be able to wage war" - said German defence minister Boris Pistorius to the Funke media group newspapers.
