Geopolitics of Venezuela. Maduro, Guyana, Putin and the Wagner Group

Oil-rich Guyana is already officially in the military crosshairs of Venezuela. In Sunday's referendum to annex the western part of the country, 95 percent of the participants were expected to support Nicolas Maduro's thought to annex the region. In 2019, the government in Caracas was rescued by the Wagner Group.
