Generation Z is falling into the professional traps of older generations. What can't the young overcome?

The study "Polish Women and Entrepreneurship 2024: Working Time Dynamics" by the WłączeniPlus Foundation shows that a large proportion of Poles work more than they did a year ago. The data besides shows that Generation Z representatives do not disagree from people from another generations as much as 1 might anticipate in terms of the amount of time they spend on professional activity.
