Change at the head of the NATO Joint Forces Training Centre in Bydgoszcz. General Norbert Wagner of Germany replaced Pole, General Bogdan Rycerski. JFTC is 1 of the key NATO structures that emerged in Poland. Before General Knights many challenges related to the apparent increase in training needs within NATO transformation and adaptation to fresh global conditions and challenges in the field of deterrence and defence.
