Rising defence spending will not be adequate if there is simply a shortage of people fit for service. The latest analyses by military experts indicate that Poland may shortly face a crisis that will undermine the foundations of the country's security. "It is worth considering attracting people from abroad," points out the erstwhile commander of GROM, General Roman Polko, in an interview with Zero.pl.
