General Atomics to upgrade Dutch MQ-9A Repaer

On April 11, the U.S. Department of defence announced that it had signed an agreement with General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Ins. to implement upgrades to the MQ-9A Reaper combat unmanned aerial vehicles owned by the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
