Gen. Załużny in "The Economist": the war has reached an impasse that is hard to break

The war with Russia has reached an impasse and to break it, a major technological breakthrough would be needed, and that is not likely, admitted the commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian army, General Valery Zaluzhny, in an interview with the British weekly "The Economist" published on Wednesday.
