Gen. Roman Polko on contracts with SAFE for PLN 120 billion. "Politicians have not built a strategy"

The signing of arms contracts worth PLN 120 billion was conditioned by the deadlines of the EU SAFE program. Gen. Roman Polko, the erstwhile commander of GROM, points out that the deficiency of a government strategy forced the army to plan the needs of the army on its own.
