- I'll say it harshly: any "political idiots" by their actions are part of the Russian doctrine of hybrid warfare," said Gen. Roman Polko, erstwhile GROM commander, commenting on Karol Nawrocki's announced veto of the law implementing the EU SAFE program and the communicative of Law and Justice on the matter.
