Greater mobility of units to be deployed in the first place and the improvement of safe command systems are to be among the priorities of General Ireneusz Nowak, the fresh Operational Commander of the Armed Forces. "The troops cannot be stationary, due to the fact that then they are a very easy mark for the enemy," the general said in an interview with Defence24.
