Gen. Mirosław Różański: Polish SAFE 0 percent is simply a purely sociotechnical procedure

The president of the legislature Defence Committee, erstwhile Commander General of the Armed Forces, General Mirosław Różański, said that if necessary, he would go to president Karol Nawrocki to persuade him to sign the law on the SAFE programme.
