In his brief message to the media, General Kellogg assured that he would perceive to the Ukrainian authorities' position on the peace agreement with Russia - "we would listen. We are ready to supply what is needed. We realize the request for a safety guarantee. Part of my mission is to listen. Then I will go back to the United States and talk to president Trump to make certain that we realize everything correctly," he said.
