Gen. Fałkowski: Critical infrastructure key to the safety of Poland

As I recall, I wrote my first article on infrastructure almost 4 decades ago in the Quartermaster Review. In this text I tried to specify the concept of infrastructure, discussed concepts specified as linear and point infrastructure, as well as suprastructure. I besides raised the issue of the discrimination between infrastructure and logistics, as in those days the concept of logistics was only beginning to appear in our terminology.
