Gen. Shadow: Gen. Cukuła should realize that he is not listened to only by the military

On Friday at the inauguration of the academic year at the Academy of Land Forces in Wrocław, the head of the General Staff of the Polish Army General Wiesław Kukuła said, among others, that the military is undergoing a transformation aimed at specified armed forces as needed to win the war.
