Where's the government?

I've been watching 2 tv shows lately. The first is an interview with M. Kidawa-Błońska, Marshal of the legislature of Poland, the second about the assistance of the Foundation of the Republic for the victims in the last attack of drones from behind the east border of Poland. The Marshal pointed out that nothing had actually happened due to the fact that no 1 was killed but the roof of the home was destroyed. The Foundation of the Republic informed about a fundraiser for the injured household whose residence was destroyed. 2 different reactions. First pathetic, second worthy of support. But the real problem is different – this question is where is the government in all this?
