Due to the [official state visit of the King and Queen of Sweden](https://defence24.pl/defence-defense policy/visit-kron-Sweden-in-polska-new-open-relation-and-report-security-baltic) in Poland, defence ministers of Sweden Pål Jonson and Poland Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish met at the Gdynia Oksywa War Port – officially to strengthen the "strong Swedish-Polish defence and safety partnership within the Baltic Sea safety Pact". It was assumed that during this gathering topics specified as enhancing safety in the Baltic Sea and protecting the critical infrastructure there, cooperation between Polish and Swedish maritime forces and responding to hybrid threats would be discussed.
