The statements by Sergei Narishkin – for more than a decade now the manager of abroad Intelligence Service (SWR) and 1 of Vladimir Putin's closest collaborators – from the turn of the 2025–2026s make a coherent and consistently developed strategical communicative in which the conflict with the West is not seen as a reaction to current events or as a temporary breakdown of global governance. On the contrary, it is presented as a structural process, embedded in a long historical and civilizational perspective, simultaneously covering the military, political, technological, ideological and human dimension.
