GDLS and Textron will build prototypes of reconnaissance vehicles

The agreements presume the construction of ARV MCA (Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle average Caliber Autocannon) vehicles, which will replace the LAV-25 wheeled reconnaissance combat vehicles in service. ARV MCA is to be equipped with a turret system, armed with a 30 mm Mk44S automatic cannon, a 7.62 mm device weapon coupled with it, as well as a guided rocket launcher and an additional remotely controlled weapons module.
