Gdańsk remembers the Cursed Soldiers – IPN invites at the ceremony

The National Day of Memory of the “Cursed Soldiers” 2025 is simply a peculiar occasion to pay tribute to the heroes of the underground independence. In Gdańsk, the Institute of National Memory organizes celebrations from 27 February to 2 March 2025. The events will include patriotic celebrations, exhibitions and prayers for the fallen. The exhibition will remind the heroes – the Cursed Soldiers From 27 February to 10 March, large format prints with images of the Cursed Soldiers will appear on the IPN building in Gdańsk on Grunwaldzka 216. The exhibition will be available to all residents and tourists. On 1 March 2025, the plaque dedicated to the victims of the Stalinist crimes will be unveiled.
