Gazprom Under Fire from Ukraine. Oil Refining in Russia at Its Lowest Level in 24 Years

On the night of Monday, July 14, Ukraine struck Gazprom Neft’s largest refinery with precision. A fire broke out. This is the 25th refinery out of Russia’s 34 largest to be hit. Fuel production is at its lowest level since 2002, and the fuel crisis is the worst in history. Russia is even importing fuel from China.
