At least 44 people died and respective twelve were injured on Sunday in Israeli raids on the Gaza Strip - informed the civilian defence of Palestinian territory.
"The number of deaths of Israeli attacks since dawn has increased to at least 44, including 21 in Chan Junus in the confederate part of the Gaza Strip," said civilian defence spokesperson Mahmud Bassal.
According to Bassal, six Palestinians in the Al-Tuffah territory of Gaza were killed in 1 of the attacks, where a group of people gathered close the bakery. 3 children are among the fatalities.
Israel offensive
Israeli forces resumed attacks on the Gaza Strip on 18 March. As noted, the fresh offensive aims at the militants and Hamas terrorist infrastructure, and the run is simply a consequence to the rejection by this organisation of further proposals to extend the ceasefire.
Hamas emphasizes that he is ready for a truce, but it must affect guaranteeing the end of the war, as foreseen by the first agreement.
