Gawron in Swedish? Submarine A26 again delayed [COMMENTARY]

The Försvarets materielverk (FMV) and the shipyard [Saab Kockums](https://www.saab.com/en/markets/poland/press-releases/saab-with-additional-order-to-Swedish-submarine-a26) reported another postponement of the Blekinge submarines (project A26) built for the Swedish Navy (Svenska marinen). The fresh transportation date will be 2031-33. It is not specified whether it is the time limit for the transfer to the user or for the flag to be raised (i.e. the formal implementation of units for service). No changes in tactical and method parameters were mentioned either.
