G7 announces fresh sanctions against Russia

States United States and another countries G7 intend to intensify efforts to end the war in Ukraine by expanding force on Russia. In a message issued by the Heads of State and Government at the Évian summit in France, they announced a tightening of sanctions, including in the oil and gas sector.
