At the morning conference preceding the first session of the Sejm in 2025, Marshal Szymon Hołownia announced that he had sent to the Sejm's Rules, Deputies' Affairs and Immunities Committee further motions to lift the immunities of, among others, Deputies Jan Krzysztof Ardanowski, Krzysztof Szczucki and the president of the Institute of National Remembrance Karol Nawrocki.
