At least 8 fresh electoral commissions in various parts of Poland have misallocated the votes – OKO.press informs on Friday. In Krakow, Oleśnie, Strzelce Opolskie, Tychy and Brest Kujawski, the votes cast on Rafał Trzaskowski were recorded as votes for Karol Nawrocki.

OKO.press portal managed to scope accurate results from 5 regional commissions from Krakow, Opolskie, Olesna, Tychow and Brest Kujawski, but there are to be at least 8 specified cases.

"In election commission No. 95 in Krakow at 179 Stawowa Street (preschool) officially won Nawrocki. The vote evidence said that he received 1132 votes, and Trzaskowski 540. After the court recalculated the votes, it turned out that it was Trzaskowski who received 1132 votes" – we read on the website.

Another scandal in counting votes during elections

In turn, in "Electoral Commission No. 3 in Oleśnie at 25 Krasickiego Street (school), the protocol states that Nawrocki received 637 votes and Trzaskowski 378". "After the court's calculation, however, it turned out that Trzaskowski received 638 votes, and Nawrocki 377" was given.

OKO.press besides describes the example of election committee No. 35 in Tychy at 5 Tolstoy Street (preschool). First Nawrocki had 581 votes, and Trzaskowski had 347. "After the calculation, Trzaskowski won with 581 votes, and Nawrocki had 347 votes" – indicated.

These are just a fewer examples. On the issue of emerging fresh irregularities, the head of government again spoke on Friday.

"Constitution: "Electors have the right to file a protest to the ultimate Court against the validity of the President's election". It is the work of the Court to examine any protest and recalculate the votes in any case of doubt. End of period" – later wrote Donald Tusk on X.

In turn, the head of his law firm Jan Grabić added this entry: "The votes should be recalculated throughout Poland again. I'd like everything to be thoroughly checked. There is no more crucial trial in democracy than elections. If we have a situation where the authorities are not elected in a credible election, they have no legitimacy. These are Belarusian standards".

This is simply a quote from Andrzej Duda from 2014.
