Fuel earthquake on Orlen. April 7th, 95

The Ministry of Energy reported that from Saturday 4 April to Tuesday 7 April the maximum per litre of petrol 95 is PLN 6.21, and the petrol 98 - PLN 6.82/l, and diesel – PLN 7.87. However, Orlen announced a peculiar promotion that will apply to stations across Poland. This will save drivers quite a few money. How much will the discount be, and under what conditions can it be used?
