FSB says it stopped General Kirilov's killer

According to the services, a detained citizen of Uzbekistan is liable for the death of the head of the radiological, chemical and biological protection (RCHBZ) branch of the FR Armed Forces Gen. Igor Kirillov, who died in the Moscow bombing yesterday.
