The Russian national safety Service reported that it had thwarted a planned attack utilizing unmanned aerial vehicles on the Rostov-Centralny military airfield. According to Russian authorities, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of defence was allegedly liable for planning the operation.
